As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach, Rusty Gunther is a people-first leader who loves to win! With more than 10 years of experience driving results in sales and leadership, he is passionate about serving others and helping them reach their goals.
Rusty Gunther started his sales career at Aflac as an associate in 2012 after working in the family business running a Burger King franchise. He has a passion for success and showing others how to win. He recruited five of his friends, his wife, and his father within a year of starting his career to build his District Operation.
In 2017, he was promoted to Regional Sales Coordinator after growing his team of many award-winning career agents focused on having fun in the fundamentals of the business and coaching them to run their own District Operations.

Rusty is especially skilled at helping sales professionals build systems that work and develop their time management skills.
He counts himself lucky to be married to his incredibly talented, ferociously smart, and beautiful wife who has her own very successful career. They are the proud parents of two imaginative and precocious kids, and the whole family is deeply passionate about the arts. Rusty loves hiking, golf, and St. Louis sports.
