Get to know the leader
behind the coaching.
Bobbi pairs decades of top-producing sales and leadership experience with a genuine passion for helping people dream bigger and define what truly matters to them.
After 30 years in sales and leadership, I became an ICF-certified coach in 2023 through the Martha Beck program. I joined SWC shortly thereafter in spring 2024 and am also PCC certified.
Coaching is the type of job I could do until I’m 90 and a way for me to give back in the “fourth quarter” of my own life, drawing on all the experience I’ve learned. I love walking alongside driven, industrious business professionals trying to crush their professional goals while also prioritizing their personal relationships and health.
I spent 20 years in sales/leadership in the employee benefits and insurance areas, finishing as Vice President of National Accounts with Cigna. I also have 15 years of experience in direct sales with Arbonne, where I recruited and mentored a personal team, eventually reaching VP level. I love health and wellness and have 13 years as a 200-hour certified yoga teacher. I still teach at CorePower Yoga today!
Definitely how to crush professional goals while also navigating a busy family life and prioritizing health and fitness (because I lived it). I also have empathy and experience walking alongside business owners or senior partners who carry the weight of their companies and strategic vision, as I’ve been married to my husband, who owns a metal stamping and manufacturing company with 200 employees in two countries, for nearly 40 years.
I love inspiring people to dream bigger and achieve more than they ever thought possible. One of my personal goals is being an inspiring role model for my kids (and now grandkids). I also enjoy helping people figure out how to work smarter not harder, as well as helping people define their legacy values, not simply strengthening their resume values.
I was at the top of the national leaderboard and perennial incentive trip winner during my 10 years at Cigna. As a National Accounts Vice President, I mentored sales reps from 12 states on larger accounts or deals. I achieved RVP Status at Arbonne (top 2%) and earned the prestigious white Mercedes bonus. In addition, I’ve mentored 20+ people to start their own health/wellness referral businesses.
Exceptional coaching helps clients have personal and professional “awakenings” and realize they are truly their OWN best advocate (or their biggest saboteur!). Coaching also helps clients create CLARITY on what’s most important in their daily and weekly routines, turning awareness into action.
Exceptional coaching offers a “blindside check” for professionals at all levels and stages of their career, an unbiased third-party advocate who is also one of your biggest cheerleaders. Hearing clients share an “Aha!” or “epiphany” during our calls, or sharing how they put those awakenings into action, is precisely why I love doing what I do!
My coaching secret sauce is I am very, very present; I hear things clients say and then kindly pull like a thread, leveraging powerful questions, evoking awareness and channeling the innate amazingness already inside them!
Being a coaching client myself transformed my own thinking and emotional intelligence, so I wanted to pay that forward to others.
This work matters because coaching offers humans an impartial, non-judgmental ally (who’s not their spouse, their best friend, sibling, or parent) a person can totally trust, offering a “blindside check” for their most challenging professional or personal issues. The forward-looking, growth-oriented nature of coaching also helps stretch people to limits and levels they may have never tapped into alone.
