Meet Bobbi
Professional Sales and Leadership Coach Bobbi is a lifelong go-getter – graduating top of both her high school and finance class at the University of Notre Dame. She had a 15-year sales career in employee benefits sales, “retiring” as the Vice President of National Accounts for CIGNA. While at CIGNA, Bobbi established herself as a top 10 sales leader nationally each year, earned the coveted “Goldy” award for the largest case sold in a year, and then began mentoring sales professionals throughout the Midwest as a National Accounts Vice President.
Pivoting, Bobbi jumped into a direct sales role with Arbonne, educating friends and family about chemicals and toxins in our daily routines, coaching friends in healthy living and clean nutrition, and mentoring a team of men and women to have their own Arbonne online wellness businesses. She became an Arbonne Regional Vice President (top 2%) and earned her white Mercedes bonus in 2019.
Bobbi is also a certified yoga instructor through Core Power Yoga, translating her personal growth lessons into powerful weekly class themes, while also training over 50 teachers to become certified themselves since 2012.
In 2023, Bobbi became a certified Life Coach through the industry-leading Martha Beck program. As she created her mission as a coach, she discerned that helping driven, high-achieving people maximize their business performance while also prioritizing their personal health and relationships was her “sweet spot.” As a coach with Southwestern Consulting, Bobbi loves to walk alongside sales professionals and sales leaders to unlock their true potential, become the best version of themselves, maximize earnings, guard their precious time, prioritize health and wellness, while also helping them hold true to their values as a spouse, parent, friend, or son/daughter.
“Every week, every month, and every year of my life, my hero’s always 10 year away.” – Matthew McConaughey’s 2014 Oscar speech. This inspiring and insightful concept has guided Bobbi as she strives to continuously improve herself while also helping every human she meets to realize their gifts, talents, and true potential.
Bobbi is married to her college sweetheart and U.S.-based manufacturing business owner Larry, has four adult kids (all in sales professions!), four grandsons (and counting!), is a nine-time marathon finisher, loves all things yoga and spin and plays on several competitive tennis teams. A Wisconsin native, Bobbi lives in the suburbs of Chicago and escapes to Madeira Beach, FL as often as possible. When not coaching or selling, relaxing or celebrating with family, or in a fitness studio or tennis court, you may catch Bobbi handing out a copy of Jeff Olson’s “The Slight Edge” or jamming to the remix version of Fleetwood Mac’s “Don’t Stop.”
