Elite Retreat is designed for high-performing professionals, sales leaders, entrepreneurs, and growth-minded individuals who want to elevate their results.
If you are someone who takes ownership of your business, your leadership, and your personal growth, Elite Retreat will give you the tools, strategies, and mindset shifts to accelerate your next level of success.
Your Elite Retreat ticket includes:
- Full access to all Elite Retreat sessions and speakers
- Thursday evening dinner experience with fellow attendees
- Strategic frameworks and tools you can immediately apply to your business and life

Travel and hotel accommodations are not included in the ticket price.
Elite Retreat tickets are non-refundable once purchased. However, if your plans change, we understand. Ticket holders may defer their registration to the following year’s Elite Retreat. If you need to defer, please contact our team and we will help you transfer your registration.
Thursday evening includes a special dinner experience for attendees. After registering, you will receive a short survey. Please complete this survey so we can:
- Account for dietary restrictions or allergies
- Know if you will be bringing a guest or plus one
- Ensure we plan seating and meals appropriately
Completing the survey helps us create a great experience for everyone.
The Elite Retreat program concludes at 12:00 PM (noon) on Friday.
To allow enough time to get to the airport, we recommend booking return flights departing at 3:00 PM or later on Friday.
To register multiple attendees, please follow this process:
- Purchase your own ticket first
- After completing your registration, select that you will be purchasing another ticket.
- Go through the registration process again and enter the information for the additional attendee and note that you will be attending with them.
This ensures each attendee receives the correct communications and event details.
Yes. The Elite Retreat will be held at Virgin Hotels Nashville, and we have secured a discounted room block for attendees at the venue.
We recommend staying at the host hotel so you can easily participate in networking opportunities and evening activities with other attendees.

The dress code for Elite Retreat is business casual. We recommend dressing comfortably while still being professional, as you will be interacting with other high-performing professionals throughout the event.
