Adam Mering is a seasoned, people-first leader who combines decades of sales and staffing experience with a passion for mentorship, helping others build strong habits, grow consistently, and lead with purpose.

Meet Aaron

Professional Sales and Leadership Coach Adam Mering has been guiding leaders in the industrial staffing space for the past 25 years, starting as a recruiter working a desk for a construction staffing company to most recently leading a region for a large on demand staffing firm.

From 2019 to 2024, Adam served as the Regional Vice President, Southwest for PeopleReady, Inc. where he led a sales and operations team of 120 people across a network of 40 offices with annual revenue more than 100MM. Prior to that, Adam spent a decade leading vertical markets in California, helping industrial clients create great sales cultures and exceed revenue expectations.

Through it all, Adam has served as a mentor, coach, and accountability partner for both individuals and sales team, helping teammates to develop the right habits to achieve their business and personal goals. While working for the TrueBlue family of brands, Adam was a three-time Circle of Excellence Winner, and five-time President’s Club winner, recognized for sales and leadership excellence. Adam is obsessed with giving his clients and partners a world-class coaching experience and wants to help them give the same to their business partners, families, and friends.

Adam has lived in SoCal for 30 years after growing up in Boston. He is fiercely loyal to his amazing wife Noelle and their six kids and is delighted to be a new grandfather. He attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara, getting a bachelor’s degree in writing. Adam has taken up surfing recently and loves camping with family and friends in Big Sur. Adam is a firm believer that nothing is lost, even from experiences that don’t work out as planned, and the best next step no matter the situation is to begin again! Outcomes don’t determine value, habits do!
