Get to know the leader
behind the coaching.
Angie pairs a career built in sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship with a coaching style rooted in noticing the patterns of thought that shape how her clients show up each day.
I have been coaching since 2011, when I spent 15 months obtaining my first ICF certification. Since then, I have been honored to deliver more than 10,000 individual coaching hours, while also creating, delivering, and facilitating many other group options.
In 2023, I began the process of creating an ICF-certified Level 1 training program. Since its inception in 2024, we have certified more than 75 Certified Professional Coaches.
My career has been quite varied within multiple industries, but the consistent theme has been rooted in sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship. The most recent industry I was involved with prior to coaching was as a broker/owner of a mortgage brokerage, while also closing an average of 200 units a year in personal production.
What I love about coaching is that no one takes a straight line journey to where they are; mine was far from straight. There is invaluable benefit to every road we choose, with so many lessons along the way.
As a coach, experiencing so many different journeys allows me to listen more deeply to the journey the client is choosing. I then reflect back to them and help them increase awareness with the choices they make each day.
Looking back on my career, it’s interesting to reflect on what those significant milestones were. Through the years, I have come to describe these quite differently, through the lens of impact. As a loan officer, I feel the most pride over helping so many families take the first step in creating generational wealth for their family by purchasing their first home.
At its core, I believe that exceptional coaching should create greater awareness and intentionality for every client on how they want to live their life and run their business.
I believe that a coach is the least expensive life or business partner you can have: someone solely focused on whatever it is you want to achieve, without any attachment to whatever it is you decide.
How we think determines how we feel, and in turn, that affects how we show up and what decisions and actions we take. Noticing patterns of thought and action can be incredibly eye-opening when a light is shined on it. This awareness can create endless opportunities and motivation for clients that they may have otherwise never even imagined.
These results have included starting a business, selling a business, creating production that is nationally ranked in their industry, honoring increased quality time with their family and children, and paying off their home, just to name a few.
I hired my first coach in 2005 because I’d always been interested in personal development and thought it would be interesting, but I never believed that I would really benefit from coaching from a production perspective. It wasn’t that I didn’t think I could do more; I just didn’t really value increasing my production much more, because I couldn’t envision working any more than I did with kids who were 12, 13, and 14 years old.
The results that I saw in that first year were a 20% increase in production while working 20% fewer hours. It also helped me create duplicatable systems and processes within my business. From that point on, I knew that if the opportunity presented itself, I wanted to be able to do for others what coaching had done for me.
