About Becca
As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Becca is an expert in recruiting, lead generation, and business development. She has been recognized as a top recruiter and believes in leading by example. Prior to becoming a coach, she led a large organization with more than 300 people in her downline. Becca’s passion is to develop her team members. She is committed to helping people realize their ultimate potential and inspiring them to live a life of excellence, joy, and success.
Becca has worked with her family’s five businesses, including a 65-year-old excavation company, a lake management and treatment enterprise, and a farm management business. She has sat on numerous boards and helped businesses develop strategies on how to incorporate the third generation.
Becca graduated from the University of Louisville with a master’s in social work. She has an undergraduate degree from Concordia University. Before moving into sales, she worked as a family therapist and school counselor. Becca has held sales positions focusing on new business development, territory management, recruiting, and retention. She is also a former certified corporate trainer who has trained hundreds of new consultants.
Becca has always strived for success—a trait that has helped her stand out from other professionals. She has ranked in the Top 50 of sales associates out of over 10,000 peers. As a producer, she drove business sales to an increase of over 170%. She is also an experienced merchandiser who has worked for several Fortune 500 companies, including the world’s largest retailer.
In her free time, Becca enjoys raising money for cancer research, traveling, and cooking for her family and friends. Becca is an avid Parrothead who attends Jimmy Buffett concerts whenever she gets the chance. Becca, her husband Michael, and their son Thaddeus also love to attend Indianapolis Colts games.
