Adam is a rare person with a vision for his future and a heart to help others develop and achieve their vision. He is constantly expanding his thinking and working on himself so that he can grow to achieve at higher levels. He is an extremely integrated individual with an above average EQ. This allows him to experience harmony in human interactions and help others achieve things they didn’t even know to dream about before they met Adam. During my time at DocuSign, I sought after a sales coach to help me transition from lead generation to full sales cycle as an Account Executive. Adam was recommended by a friend, so I called him and knew right away I had my coach. What stood out about Adam was his listening skills. When Adam first spoke to me about coaching, I was in a rut.
