Prior to becoming a coach with Southwestern Consulting, Jen successfully built her own thriving direct sales business from scratch; her rapid and rare success in the field of network marketing caught the eye of multiple industry experts, quickly leading to an invitation to become a Sales and Marketing Coach. As a coach, she was able to fulfill her gift of helping people through advising other aspiring entrepreneurs.

By sharing the best practices, processes, and procedures that helped her build a successful business, she’s helped over 100 clients and leaders duplicate and build their own businesses, while maintaining and growing her own. Jen has been featured as a sales and marketing reality show contestant, in a book dedicated to best practices in direct sales and entrepreneurship, and as a trainer and speaker for a premier organization specializing in network marketing implementation, development, and growth.

Jen graduated college with a degree in criminal justice, as well as certifications in firefighting and EMT. She worked as a corrections officer for five years and became the first female firefighter in her hometown of Two Rivers, Wisconsin before moving to Minnesota to launch her path into entrepreneurship. Jen’s passion for positive impact and interest in personal and professional growth led her to pursue a career in sales, where she was able to fulfill her gift for helping others, while also accomplishing her own goals and dreams.

In her personal life, Jen enjoys indulging in her creative talents of writing, music, and creating art. She is passionate about yoga, breathwork, and holistic health. Jen loves journaling, fulfilling her dream board, dancing, studying psychology, and comedy. Most of all, she is a devoted mother to her three kids and loves creating memories, traveling, and taking them on hiking adventures.
