With over a decade of experience in sales, growth, and leadership—ranging from building businesses to guiding companies through challenging transitions—she has a proven track record of driving success at the highest levels.

Before stepping into the world of coaching, Agata thrived in both business and academia. As a PhD candidate at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, she taught sociology and philosophy, earning top ratings from her students.

Agata knows that success isn’t about luck—it’s about mindset, daily habits, and relentless discipline. A former swimmer and rock climber, she applies the same principles of persistence and strategy to every area of life.

Outside of coaching, Agata finds balance through meditation, nature, and adventure. Whether she’s biking, hiking, sailing, or exploring with her two teenage kids and their adopted dog, she proves every day that energy, passion, and the right strategy can take you anywhere you want to go.
