Gena is a top-producing salesperson, recruiter, certified trainer, and keynote speaker, with more than 20 years of experience. She has unofficially tagged herself the “Adventurepreneur.” Gena loves living the unexpected and doesn’t shy away from challenges. Her motto is to be “loving living life.” She views work as not the mere means to an end but rather the commitment to doing what you love, which is contagious in all everything she does, including her magnetic keynotes.
As an executive sales coach, Gena has worked with hundreds of clients from various industries. The core of Gena’s convictions were formed during her successful years as a salesperson and corporate recruiter with Southwestern Advantage. Gena was integral in the development of 15 new markets for the company over a period of eight years while also consistently ranking in the Top 5% of salespeople in the company.

Gena currently resides in Denver, Colorado, with her husband Jake.
