Get to know the leader
behind the coaching.
Becca believes that leadership is learned, not given. Through authentic conversations and practical strategies, she helps individuals and teams create breakthroughs that last.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching and training professionals for more than 14 years with Southwestern Consulting. During that time, I’ve coached hundreds of clients, delivered more than 9,500 hours of one-on-one coaching, and facilitated hundreds of sales and leadership training programs.
I’ve worked with leaders, business owners, financial advisors, sales professionals, bankers, real estate professionals, and entrepreneurs across the country. Today, I still get excited every time a client accomplishes something they once thought was out of reach.
My career has been anything but one-dimensional, and I’m grateful for every chapter.
I began as a licensed social worker, family therapist, and school counselor before transitioning into sales, recruiting, leadership, and business development roles. Along the way, I built teams, developed leaders, grew revenue, launched new initiatives, and led organizations of more than 300 people.
I also grew up working in and serving within my family’s multi-generational businesses, giving me firsthand experience with entrepreneurship, leadership transitions, succession planning, and the unique challenges family businesses face. That combination of human behavior, leadership, sales, and business experience has become the foundation of how I coach today.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success is rarely limited by strategy alone. Most people already know what they should be doing—the challenge is consistently doing it.
My counseling background taught me how to help people work through confidence challenges, difficult conversations, and limiting beliefs. My leadership and sales experience taught me the importance of accountability, execution, and discipline.
I often tell clients that growth happens at the intersection of mindset and action. You need both.
I’ve been fortunate to earn global top producer recognition, increase new business production by more than 170%, and lead and develop teams of more than 300 people. I’ve personally recruited over 160 team members, trained hundreds of professionals, and helped countless individuals grow their businesses and leadership skills.
While awards and accomplishments are meaningful, what matters most to me is the impact behind the numbers—the people who grew, succeeded, and discovered they were capable of more than they imagined.
Exceptional coaching should create lasting transformation—not just temporary motivation.
A great coach helps someone gain clarity, take action, and become the person capable of sustaining success. My clients often experience increased income, stronger leadership skills, greater confidence, improved time management, and a healthier balance between work and life.
The moments that mean the most to me are when clients tell me they’re not just performing better—they’re becoming the leader, business owner, spouse, parent, or person they want to be.
I genuinely care about my clients as people first and performers second.
My clients know I’ll celebrate their wins, challenge their excuses, and tell them the truth with kindness. My counseling background allows me to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, while my sales and leadership experience helps me focus on practical actions that create measurable results.
Clients often tell me they feel both challenged and supported, sometimes in the same conversation. That’s exactly the balance I’m aiming for.
Helping people become the best version of themselves has been the common thread throughout my entire career.
Long before I became a coach, I was a therapist, counselor, trainer, recruiter, leader, and business professional. While the roles changed, the mission never did. I’ve always been passionate about helping people see possibilities in themselves that they may not yet see on their own.
One of the greatest gifts of this profession is having a front-row seat to some of the most meaningful moments in people’s lives. I’ve watched people go from doubting themselves to leading teams, building businesses they once only dreamed about, and creating lives they are excited to live.
As a coach, I’m often invited into conversations people aren’t having anywhere else—conversations about fear, confidence, purpose, leadership, burnout, relationships, and the pressure of carrying responsibility for others. It’s an incredible privilege and one I never take for granted.
At the end of the day, I don’t believe people are looking for a coach because they simply want better results. I believe they’re looking for someone who will help them become who they were created to be.
