behind the coaching.
Seema combines real-world sales experience, emotional intelligence, and practical accountability to help clients create meaningful results that last.
I’ve been coaching professionally since 2018 and have accumulated more than 5,000 hours of one-on-one coaching, partnering with leaders, sales professionals, entrepreneurs, and high performers to improve their productivity, leadership, confidence, and overall quality of life.
I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and continue to invest heavily in my own development. In addition to completing an intensive nine-month ICF coach training program, I’ve completed advanced coursework in Emotional Intelligence, am currently pursuing my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, and am completing a 13-month ADHD Coach Certification. I believe the best coaches never stop learning, and I’m committed to continually refining my ability to serve my clients.
Before becoming a coach, my career centered around sales, business development, account management, and client relationships across multiple industries. I worked with organizations ranging from startups in NYC to Fortune 500 companies, helping grow revenue, develop long-term partnerships, and solve complex business challenges.
Those experiences gave me firsthand insight into the pressure of high-performance environments, managing competing priorities, navigating change, building relationships, and consistently delivering results. Today, I bring that real-world perspective into every coaching conversation.
One of the greatest lessons I learned is that success isn’t usually about knowing more, it’s about consistently acting on what you already know.
I’ve experienced the pressure of sales goals, changing priorities, difficult conversations, and competing demands. I know what it’s like to feel pulled in a dozen directions while trying to perform at a high level.
That’s why my coaching focuses on helping clients build awareness, simplify complexity, and create practical systems they can actually sustain. My goal isn’t simply to help people achieve more—it’s to help them operate in a way that feels both effective and sustainable.
Throughout my sales career, I was fortunate to achieve results that continue to shape how I coach today.
Some highlights include building a $1.5 million book of business in less than five months through prospecting, growing key accounts by more than 10% within my first two months in a new role, and consistently performing among the top producers in the organizations I served.
Since becoming a coach, I’ve also been honored with Southwestern Consulting’s Growth Award after achieving 630% growth in six months, along with recognition as a Top Sales Coach. Those accomplishments taught me that consistent success comes from intentional habits, mindset, and execution: not talent alone.
Exceptional coaching shouldn’t simply motivate someone for a week: it should change the way they think, make decisions, and show up every day.
Many of my clients already know what they should be doing. What they’re looking for is someone who can help them bridge the gap between knowing and consistently executing.
Clients often tell me they leave coaching with greater clarity, confidence, focus, and accountability. They become better leaders, improve their time management, strengthen relationships, increase productivity, and achieve goals that once felt overwhelming. The greatest compliment I receive isn’t about revenue growth or promotion—it’s when someone tells me they feel more like themselves again and finally have confidence in their ability to move forward.
I believe real transformation happens when we coach both the person and the strategy.
While many coaches focus only on tactics, I help clients understand how they’re operating—their thinking patterns, habits, emotional responses, decision-making, and the systems that either support or sabotage their success.
I blend accountability with curiosity, practical strategy with emotional intelligence, and challenge with compassion. Clients often tell me that I help them see patterns they couldn’t recognize on their own, simplify what felt overwhelming, and leave every session with practical actions they can confidently implement.
Long before coaching became my profession, personal growth was my passion. You could find me reading personal development books in middle school while many of my friends were reading something else. Authors like Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, Tony Robbins, and Don Miguel Ruiz profoundly shaped the way I see the world.
Wayne Dyer’s belief that ‘when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change’ has stayed with me throughout my life and continues to influence how I coach today. I’ve always believed that changing your thinking can change your life.
That passion eventually led me to coaching, where I discovered I could combine my love of personal development with my experience helping people achieve meaningful results. I’m still a lifelong student—whether it’s earning new certifications, attending conferences, reading, or investing in my own coaches and mentors, I’m constantly learning because I believe I can only take my clients as far as I’m willing to go myself.
The greatest privilege of this work is watching someone begin to see new possibilities for themselves and then helping them build the confidence and consistency to make those possibilities their reality.
