Meet Patty
As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Patty is passionate about uncovering the needs of her clients, helping them identify and overcome roadblocks, and crush their goals. She thrives on helping her clients realize how incredible they are while developing their “Can-Do Attitude.”
Patty brings several decades of strong entrepreneurial leadership experience to every client. She began her professional career at an early age and proudly served her country by volunteering in the United States Marine Corps right after high school. While in service, she found that she had a natural skill to lead and to problem solve as she excelled through the adversity and challenges of training. Her strong leadership and team building performance was recognized and she was meritoriously promoted. Patty has since built and operated six successful businesses to date.
She has applied this leadership mindset and her degree in business to every endeavor and she has subsequently earned success in a variety of industries. When an opportunity didn’t present itself, she built one. Her focus and tenacity lent to her developed expertise in the areas of equine and poultry farming, healthcare, B2B & B2C wholesale and retail sales, print, digital, and direct marketing, and food service. Whether she was building a new business or leading a sales team, she has found her way to the top of the leader board and #1 position year after year. Patty is passionate about everything she does and is driven by the possibility of what “can be.” She enjoys working side by side with all her clients shortening their learning curve and celebrating their successes.
Patty currently lives in Southeastern Tennessee with her husband on their chicken farm. If you have eaten at a Chick-Fil-A, you more than likely have eaten chicken she and her husband have raised. When not working on her farm or with clients, you will find her at the barn where she loves riding her horses and working with her trainer preparing for her next NRHA reining competition.
