Meet Michelle
Michelle is a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting who loves to inspire and encourage people to reach their God-given potential. She is an experienced recruiter and trainer with 35 years of experience spanning multiple industries.
Michelle has a heart for the whole individual and believes in a strong work-life balance. She is committed in helping people work harder and smarter in all areas of life to help achieve the most joy and the best possible results using effective, repeatable systems. She is a top producer and sales-record breaker for Southwestern, having started her career in the Southwestern Advantage college program.
Michelle has a heart to help people break their own belief barriers, as well as a seasoned background of real-life experience knocking on thousands of doors, interviewing, and hiring hundreds of salespeople during her career.
In her spare time, Michelle loves to do yoga, cycle, and run. She also spends a lot of time at the lake with her husband, kids, and grandkids.

I have been working with Michelle for over a year now. Not only have I personally tripled my income, but most importantly, I have grown as a leader. I am blessed to have Michelle Broadbent as my coach! My coaching with Southwestern has been the most complete, rewarding, and challenging coaching program I’ve been involved with. The continued growth is not just professionally but in my personal life. I am becoming a better leader with more of a servant’s heart and improved confidence. Some of our focus areas more recently have been on me being a better leader, having great branch meetings, delegation, creating daily affirmations, and controlling the controllable (attitude and sales activities). My personal life has improved with growth as a person, a husband and father.
