I’ve been coaching clients for more than five years now and loving every minute of it! I spent seven summers in my twenties working in direct sales, and wound up with a passion for it. Over the past two decades, I’ve also been an avid yogi and world traveler, backpacking with everything I owned on my back for a combined year and a half across various continents. That kind of travel strips life down to the essentials and teaches you how to adapt, stay present, and find grounding no matter where you are.

Prior to coaching, I spent several years as a healthy living coach, helping clients make healthier choices and stay consistent with the habits that kept them feeling their best. Alongside that, I’ve been in sales and a business owner since 2006, giving me a hands-on, real-world foundation in what it actually takes to build something and stay disciplined for the long haul.

The experiences I draw from most in my work with clients come from a lifetime of pushing my own edges, physically, mentally, and spiritually. My early sales experience taught me resilience, discipline, and how to keep showing up even when it’s hard. Being an athlete and long-distance runner for most of my life instilled the same lessons in a different form: pacing myself, pushing through discomfort, and trusting the process even when results aren’t immediate.

One of the most pivotal chapters during my career was earning my 200-hour yoga teacher certification on an island in Koh Phangan, Thailand, followed immediately by a 10-day silent Vipassana retreat, an experience that ignited a spiritual awakening while traveling solo. That combination of stillness, self-discipline, and inner work shapes how I coach today: I don’t just help clients build better habits, I help them reconnect with who they are underneath the noise. You can’t isolate who you are personally from who you are professionally; it all flows together.

My goal in every 1-on-1 coaching is to create long-lasting change through consistent habits. Together, we crystallize your goals and lock in your ideal vision, then identify the habits holding you back and the ones needed to get you there. We work side by side to stay consistent, tracking measurable progress and documenting your journey every step of the way. With bi-weekly check-ins, you’ll always have accountability, support, and a clear picture of how far you’ve come.

When you work with me, you can expect a passionate, caring cheerleader in your corner, someone who shows up and guides you to new heights. I’m the accountability partner who holds you to those big dreams and goals your heart has been aching to achieve.

You can also expect unwavering belief. I absolutely believe we can achieve the goals you set. From there, we reverse-engineer your vision, working backward to build the exact framework needed to hit the mark. At the heart of my coaching is one unshakable belief: your mindset creates your reality. I’ve seen it again and again, the moment someone shifts from doubt to a genuinely positive attitude, everything around them starts to shift too.

I draw on the principles of The Secret and the language of quantum physics to help my clients quantum leap into their ideal timeline, stepping out of the story that’s been holding them back and into the version of their life they’re truly meant to live. It’s not wishful thinking but about training your mind to expect good things, align with your goals, and act from a place of possibility instead of fear. I believe when you change your inner world, your outer world follows. That’s the shift I help my clients make!

Southwestern Advantage, a direct-selling company, is what led me to coaching. I first encountered Southwestern through an internship that taught me how to run my own business. At age 21, young and ambitious, I made the commitment to go door-to-door, working 80+ hours a week all summer, learning lesson after lesson from the school of hard knocks. To my surprise, I fell in love with it! I became obsessed, embracing my inner entrepreneurial spirit and growing every single day through the life-altering success principles Southwestern taught and its people lived by.

I sat down with an average of 2,000 families per summer and the growth I experienced through that process was immense! I kept going for seven summers, and those summers became the catalyst for my growth throughout my twenties, playing a huge role in shaping me into the person I am today.

I never ended up going into teaching, even with my education degree, instead I stayed in sales, working across many industries for the last two decades. What led me back to coaching was the chance to pay those success principles forward: to work with clients 1-on-1 and impact their lives the same way Southwestern impacted mine.
