His career highlights include pivotal roles such as Global Business Development Director at a biotech startup and Head of Business Development North America at a burgeoning intelligence firm.
Never one to rest, Jay pursued certification as a Strategic Intervention Life Coach. This transformative experience enhanced his understanding of success strategies, solidifying his commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
Outside of the office, Jay finds his greatest joy in the roles of husband and father, where he attempts to master the delicate art of balancing familial commitments with personal pursuits. An avid angler and outdoor enthusiast, Jay enjoys snowboarding, swimming, and chasing fish on the fly. His dedication extends to coaching youth hockey and cheering on his kids, while his sense of humor provides endless entertainment for his wife (or so he thinks).
