Yvette Morehouse

As a lifelong learner, Yvette Morehouse embodies a true growth mindset and a passion for helping others reach their highest potential. Her mission is to live a life of influence and significance by empowering individuals and organizations to grow, perform, and lead at a higher level.

As a sales and leadership consultant and trainer with Southwestern Consulting, Yvette is dedicated to helping professionals develop the systems, habits, and mindset necessary for lasting success in business and life.

Yvette began her sales career at just 19 years old while attending the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where she participated in the prestigious Southwestern Advantage college sales program. Through discipline, persistence, and commitment to personal development, she rose to become one of the top performers in the organization’s history. Today, she holds the #19 position as a Lifetime Sales Producer out of more than 125,000 salespeople in Southwestern’s 170-year history.

During her time with Southwestern Advantage, Yvette knocked on more than 30,000 cold doors, gaining firsthand experience in resilience, communication, and leadership. She later led teams of over 100 salespeople and helped guide her alma mater’s organization to become #1 in the world in 2001, while maintaining a Top 25 ranking for 15 consecutive years.

Yvette’s passion for sales and leadership development and coaching grew out of her experience building teams and helping others unlock their potential. Through coaching, group training, and speaking engagements, she works with leaders and professionals who want to expand their impact, increase revenue, and build stronger organizations. She finds the greatest fulfillment in helping individuals step outside their comfort zones and become the best version of themselves, creating a ripple effect of positive impact in the lives they touch.

Raised on a Nebraska farm, Yvette developed the core values that continue to guide her today: hard work, persistence, integrity, and community involvement. Throughout her career she has remained active in organizations including BNI, the Junior League, her local Chamber of Commerce, and her church community.

Yvette lives in Omaha, Nebraska, where she continues to serve leaders and organizations across the country. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling the world having visited 36 countries and 47 states, and is passionate about maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. She enjoys snow skiing, golfing, and seeking new adventures with family and friends.
