Meet Jay
Professional Sales and Leadership Coach Jay Desiderio is a former client and graduate a Southwestern’s coaching program, and he brings a wealth of experience with 10 years in coaching and a 20 years spanning the financial, insurance, and entertainment industries. During his six years on the world’s largest trading floor, Jay refined his skills in high-performance, fast-paced environments.
Driven by a passion for helping others thrive, Jay is committed to enhancing his clients’ professional and personal lives. He specializes in developing sales and leadership skills, including advanced time management systems, referral gathering and conversion strategies, prospecting, and leadership techniques to strengthen company culture. His approach is tailored to align with each client’s unique strengths and goals.
Originally from New York, Jay now resides in Fairfield County, Connecticut, with his children. For over 15 years, he has coached high school and youth sports, mentoring athletes with the same dedication he brings to his clients. When he’s not coaching or transforming lives, Jay enjoys spending time with his family, trail running, honing his fitness, reading, cooking unique dishes, traveling, and saltwater or freshwater angling from his kayak.
