“[My coach] is the best coach I’ve ever worked with. She was tough, demanding, but fair. The techniques she taught me allowed me to go beyond where I thought I could go. I’ve now built two successful companies from the lessons I learned from her. I would pay 10 times what she charged for the results I’ve achieved. I can’t thank her enough.”

“From the moment our paths crossed, I knew that the experience would be a game changer. The sessions, encouraging words, text messages, and the life he spoke into speaks to his character as well as his skill. He taught me so much, and I truly believe that those lessons have allowed my business to grow.”

“I encountered a lot of resistance to my leadership but coaching helped me focus on the right things and redirect my energy to positive momentum. That summer I grew my organization from $77,000 to $350,000. Since then I have encountered challenges but I love the accountability and top tier coaching I get to receive from Top Producers in Coaching.”

Southwestern Advantage
“Over the past year, I’ve been blessed by the coaching of Southwestern Consulting, as my business and personal life have grown exponentially. Having a SWC coach and accountability partner exceeded my expectations from the start, and here are my results so far: I have had a 24% increase in personal production over this year. I have increased my income over $45,000 and it’s growing. When I come home, I’m no longer exhausted from mental exertion.”

“When I think of coaching I think of the word confidence. Coaching over the past 14 months has given me so much confidence to do things I told myself that I couldn’t do. Making calls I didn’t want to make, facing challenges that I thought were too big, and changing my mindset has all led to more confidence. I am more likely to face that big mountain in and out of the office. Thank you SWC!”
