The Courage to Ask: Unleashing Team Potential Through Questions and Collaboration
When challenges arise, we often jump to trying to solve the problem. Many of us take this approach in our businesses, in our personal relationships, and with our own personal challenges only to find out that we were solving for the wrong problem.
After interviewing CEO’s and executives of Fortune 500 companies, world renown journalists, and personally coaching hundreds of leaders across industries, Adam has uncovered that the best don’t jump to solving the problem, but instead make sure they are asking the right questions. In this keynote, learn the mindset, questioning techniques and collaboration strategies used by the world’s brightest minds to solve problems however big or small.
NOTE: Adam loves tailoring this keynote to associations, businesses, management teams, and schools. He believes that transforming the world’s biggest problems starts with asking brilliant questions.
