Meet Paul

Paul Moehring spent 28 years in the insurance industry, was a multi-Presidents Council recipient (top 1% in the company), and has been highly respected countrywide as a strong and supportive leader. Paul is an excellent trainer and has helped over 100 agents get started in the insurance industry. His systematized training and joint sales calls were strong keys for producing successful agency owners. Paul is also the author of the Amazon Best Selling book “Get Squared – Goal Getting with Balance.”

In 2020, Paul started a coaching business from scratch using his success in the insurance industry combined with his coaching certification from the EMyth. His biggest passion working with coaching clients is helping people perform at their very best so they can own their life outside of their business. Paul has a knack for discovering and helping stomp out the pain points that are holding businesses back. 

Paul grew up in Minnesota just west of Minneapolis and went to college at Moorhead State University. He graduated with a business administration degree with concentration in management and marketing. Since his first job in college, he’s been in sales roles in a variety of industries. He has active licenses in P&C, life, health, and disability. Paul is committed to continuing education and strongly believes that when you’re green you grow and when you’re ripe you rot. 

A few years after graduating from college, Paul met his wife and they moved to Arizona where they’ve spent a little over half of their lives raising three grown children and one grandchild.

Paul loves all kinds of sports and outdoors activities including golf, mountain biking, running, pickleball, tennis, racquetball, basketball, boating, snowboarding, and camping.

He has lived his life while keeping in mind one of Zig Ziglar’s favorite quotes; “If you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want.”
