I have been working with Michelle for over a year now.  Not only have I personally tripled my income, but most importantly, I have grown as a leader. I walk away from every session with an item of value I can relay to my team. I strategize with her to determine how to discuss and implement strategies to help my team create their vision, set their goals and become accountable. I have created my own boundaries to allow better balance between personal time and work time. Michelle is an amazing coach… she really listens to what I need and helped me create my vision for what I want to achieve in my own business but most importantly, become a more confident leader. I am blessed to have Michelle Broadbent as my coach! My coaching with Southwestern has been the most complete, rewarding, and challenging coaching program I’ve been involved with. The continued growth is not just professionally but in my personal life. I am becoming a better leader with more of a servant’s heart and improved confidence.  Some of our focus areas more recently have been on me being a better leader, having great branch meetings, delegation, creating daily affirmations, and controlling the controllable (attitude and sales activities). My personal life has improved with growth as a person, a husband and father.
