Kalle Saarinen is a professional Sales and Leadership coach with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of driving results. With a background in both engineering and sales, Kalle brings a unique blend of technical insight and commercial acumen to every role he steps into.
Since 2018, Kalle has worked in sales and leadership roles, though his journey began even earlier – supporting sales teams from the age of 14. Over the years, he has consistently set new sales records at every company he’s worked with, including acquiring twice as many new clients in a year as the next best performer. His passion lies in helping others grow, and he thrives on building high-performing teams and developing customer acquisition strategies that deliver measurable impact.
Kalle has co-founded a cybersecurity company and played key roles in launching and scaling several start-ups. His expertise includes building sales functions from the ground up, revamping customer acquisition processes, and coaching teams to success—particularly in IT and cloud-based industries.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sales from Jyväskylä and studied Mechanical Engineering at Lappeenranta University of Technology. This diverse educational background supports his ability to bridge technical and commercial domains with ease.
