Meet Jay
As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Jay began his career selling books with the Southwestern Advantage internship program while in college. He sold books door-to-door for four years. He was in the top 1% of sales producers and sold books, recruited other salespeople, and managed teams to pay his way through school. Some of Jay’s key accomplishments include:
- Top 1% of sales producers with Southwestern Advantage’s college internship program
- Top 1% of sales producers in the Seminar Division for Southwestern Consulting in 2013
- Motivational sales trainer who has run workshops and trained thousands of salespeople across the country
After graduating with a degree in business management from Cal State Long Beach, Jay transitioned to managing multi-million-dollar commercial real estate properties for Mighty Development. He continued to do so for four years while achieving record-breaking occupancies. Since 2011, Jay has been traveling the country as a professional sales coach with Southwestern Consulting.
