As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Will’s mission is to help people become the best versions of themselves by overcoming their fears and diving headfirst into pursuing their goals. His passion is to use his coaching expertise and empathy to develop leaders.
An experienced salesperson, manager, and trailblazer, Will began his sales career with Southwestern Advantage’s summer sales and leadership program in 2008. While at SWA, Will had the opportunity to cold call over 33,000 prospects while becoming the #3 salesperson in the U.S. during his best summer. Some of his key accomplishments include:
- Platinum Certification in Sales and Recruiting (highest level awarded for selling and recruiting)
- The Spencer Hays Silver Award for Recruiting
- Top 100 Salesperson out of 150,000+ salespeople for a 160-year-old company.
As a master recruiter, Will is skillful in sales training and coaching, bringing out the best in individuals, and supporting them in reaching their personal and professional goals.
In his spare time, Will enjoys nutrition and fitness and has finished several half marathons. He has also completed some challenging obstacle courses—most notably, the Spartan BEAST Race.
