Seema is a purpose-driven, heart-centered certified Sales and Leadership Coach with more than 15 years of experience. She has been a top producer in every industry she’s worked in.
Seema has an extensive sales background spanning several industries and ranging from start-up tech companies to breweries and large corporations, such as Schneider Electric. She is an expert in developing sales territories with a focus on cold calling, prospecting, referral generation, business development, client management, and retention. Some of her key accomplishments include:
- Establishing a $1.5 million book of business within 5 months through cold calling
- Developing key accounts, resulting in over $7 million in revenue in 6 months
- Increasing account sales by over 10% within 2 months
As a Sales and Leadership Coach, Seema has helped countless clients double their income in less than a year, increase their confidence, and have more time to spend with their families. Seema is so passionate about the field of coaching that she received a second coaching certification in a rigorous 9-month ICF-accredited Life Coaching program, enabling her to further help her clients build their dream lives.
Seema is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a BBA in marketing and a minor in communication studies. Her passion is helping people become the best versions of themselves. As a coach and mentor, she has seen numerous individuals blossom into top performers and leaders. She believes everyone has a gift and provides a nurturing environment to encourage and foster their growth.
Seema is a proud Texan and avid traveler who enjoys eating her way through new countries and states. She spends her free time dancing, meditating, attending concerts, participating in adventure sports, and helping animals in need. As a student of the game, Seema continually focuses on her personal and professional growth by attending programs and conferences hosted by industry leaders. She recently attended an event where she walked over fire and broke a wooden board!

What can I say about Seema….Hmmmmm BEST COACH EVER! When we get approached about taking on a coach we all say the same thing, “oh I can do it myself”. Clearly we can’t or we would have. When Seema and I had our first two coaching sessions I felt like she was asking things that a friend would talk to you about. ..She found my strengths and areas that needed growth. ..She found my achilles tendon and used it. We still laugh about it . She made me uncomfortable all of the time because we all know nothing great ever happens in your comfort zone. ..
I had this goal for how much I wanted to make per year since I started in the business and had never been able to get there. With Seema as my coach I reached that goal by the end of September! Southwestern Coaching paired me with Seema as my Coach in mid-2018.
