Nikolajus is Lithuanian-based Sales and Leadership Coach with more than a decade of sales experience as a top producer. Prior to joining Southwestern Consulting, Nikolajus spent 13 years in the life insurance industry where he was a member of the Leadership Club in his company for 10 years. He also attained a membership in Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) for eight consecutive years.

Nikolajus is avid book reader, a hobby that led him to obtain a degree in English Literature at Vilnius University. A firm believer in discipline and constant growth, not only mentally but physically, he is a part of a local Crossfit community. Above all else, he is a loving husband and a father of two beautiful daughters.
