Marko Näppäri is a seasoned B2B sales leader and coach with more than 20 years of experience in technology sales, sales leadership, and business development across Nordic and international markets. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered high performance, built strong customer relationships, and led teams to predictable and measurable commercial success.

Marko began his career in frontline B2B sales and quickly rose to the top ranks. At Fujitsu, one of the world’s leading technology companies, he received the “Year’s Top Performer” Award and was recognized three consecutive years as one of the Top Salespeople in Fujitsu Nordic. These achievements reflect his strong work ethic, consultative mindset and ability to consistently create long-term customer partnerships.
He later transitioned into sales leadership and executive roles, where he successfully turned around an underperforming business unit and built a full service business from the ground up – designing the offering, building the sales structure and leading a high-performing team that grew into a profitable and scalable business.
Marko has also served as a board advisor for small and mid-sized companies, helping CEOs and founders strengthen their commercial strategy, improve sales performance and implement leadership systems that support growth.
Today, Marko is passionate about helping salespeople and leaders gain clarity, focus and confidence through simple, proven routines. He believes strongly that structure, consistency and accountability are the real drivers of long-term sales success, and his coaching style is calm, clear, encouraging and highly results-oriented.
Based in Espoo, Finland, Marko values quality time with his daughter above all, and outside of sales and coaching he enjoys developing real estate projects and pursuing continuous personal growth.
