Lexi Larkin

Lexi Larkin began her sales career in 2021 working for Southwestern Advantage while studying at Florida State University where she sold educational materials door to door for five summers. Through door-to-door sales, she learned the value of integrity, grit, and hard work. That first summer she finished third out of 2,000 salespeople, profiting over $25k.

Lexi continued her career at Southwestern Advantage through recruiting. Throughout her five years there, she recruited over 20 different students into the program, with more than half of those becoming top first years, grossing over $10,000 in profit. Her team in 2023 was the #1 team in the world recruited by someone still in college. One of those students was the number #1 first-year student in the company.

Lexi was promoted twice during her time with Southwestern Advantage, earning the title of Associate Sales Leader before her transition to Southwestern Consulting.

Lexi graduated from Florida State University in 2023 with a degree in psychology and a minor in communication. Her passion to give back stems from all the people who have poured into her life and expanded her belief in herself.
