Christa spent over a decade helping build Southwestern Consulting, where she served as a Senior Partner and Director of Operations/Recruiting. During this time, she played a pivotal role in growing the coaching division, developing high-performing coaches, and creating systems that supported both client success and organizational growth.

Her career has spanned senior leadership roles across multiple industries, including Chief Coaching Officer at Buffini & Company, where she led a team of 60+ coaches serving thousands of clients, and Chief Operating Officer at Streamline Event Agency, where she drove operational alignment, scalability, and team performance. At each stage of her career, Christa has been known for transforming vision into strategy and strategy into results—helping companies thrive while developing leaders who inspire and sustain success.

Now, as an Executive Coach with Southwestern Consulting, Christa brings her deep experience back to her roots here at Southwestern Consulting, working with executives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to clarify vision, sharpen strategy, and lead with purpose.
