As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Rich is a high achiever and strategic thinker who loves to help others achieve excellence in their place in life. For more than 17 years, he has spoken in front of thousands of people and coached hundreds more by trumpeting the message of investing in yourself and becoming everything God created you to be.
Rich is a Certified Master Coach Practitioner through the Certified Coaches Federation as well as a Certified Instructor with the Napoleon Hill Foundation. Prior to becoming a coach, Rich was an insurance agency owner for more than 14 years and was in the top 1% with production, scale, and performance numbers. He also helped a general contracting company for over 10 years gross over $3 million per year in sales as the project manager, sales and marketing specialist.

Rich and his wife Libia love to travel and spend much of their spare time exploring places on their bucket list and visiting family and grandchildren in Washington state.
