Meet Mark
Mark is a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting based in Estonia. Some of his key accomplishments include:
• 20 years of multifaceted expertise in sales, recruiting, training, and leadership of international teams.
• Built a 120-person direct-selling sales organization over 17 years, witnessing revenue growth in 15 of those years.
• Platinum Certificate in recruiting – the highest level awarded for recruiting.

• Field Sales Leader of the Year due to 50% of team revenue growth in a single year.
Mark initiated his professional journey by selling books door-to-door with Southwestern Advantage as a sophomore at the University of Tartu where he got his bachelor´s degree in finance and accounting. Over the years, Mark progressively built and led a 3.5-million-dollar sales organization serving as a district sales leader and senior district sales leader for seven years out of his 17-year tenure with Southwestern Advantage.
In a different professional sphere, Mark assumed a role of CEO in a manufacturing company in construction business where he orchestrated the digitalization and automatization of manufacturing, resulting in enhanced productivity and transparency of production processes.
As a commercial manager in one of the region’s largest energy corporations, Mark contributed significantly to sales, training, and collaboration across seven international sales teams (B2B and B2C), actively participating in product development to align with market needs.
Mark´s diverse experience extends to the hardware start-up world, where he not only led a sales and marketing team but also supervised manufacturing, quality control, and customer service. This venture, noted on the stock market with a global reach spanning Australia, Japan, Europe, the USA and Canada, saw Mark supervising the most successful marketing campaign in the company´s history and steady growth in global sales revenue.
In his role as a Sales and Leadership Coach, Mark focuses on empowering individuals and teams to reach and exceed their goals. He excels in building organization culture, sales training, team building and dynamics, goal setting, communication, and leadership.
Beyond professional arena, Mark is an avid sports enthusiast, particularly devoted to basketball. With two decades of participation in various amateur leagues, he closely follows the EuroLeague and NBA. Mark also finds joy in reading about psychology, health, and biographies. As a family man, he cherishes traveling with his wife and two kids, having explored 42 countries to date.
