Meet Leo
As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Leo Espinosa enjoys helping his clients develop their skill and reach higher levels of achievement than they ever thought possible. With a 15+ year career in sales and marketing, Leo is an expert in sales training, coaching, and team building.
Leo is passionate about developing people by helping them remove their mental obstacles and coaching them to reach their God-given potential. He has led high-producing sales teams with a presence in over 20 countries around the world. From serving as a missionary for his church to leading a worldwide sales organization, Leo has had the opportunity to help or coach more than 500 people and families. He has also delivered keynote speeches to a wide variety of audiences worldwide.
However, Leo considers his family his greatest “success.” He currently resides in Cancún, México with his wife Jordanna and two children. With hard work and diligence, Jordanna and Leo have created a unique lifestyle for their family and enjoy having the opportunity to help other families do the same.
