Jessica is the accountability coach and true cheerleader to help your business grow. I have been working with Jess for over a year and a half now, and when I first started with her, I was riding the rollercoaster of business going up and down from inconsistent work and no clear vision of where I wanted my business to get to. After the first six months, I felt like I was given the cheat sheet to communicating with clients more effectively with someone holding me accountable to put in the daily/weekly work that I set as a goal for myself. Before coaching, my average yearly sales was around the 3 million mark, after a year I jumped to over 11 million.
Jessica’s been a real asset to my business since we began working together. Her tag line is “Yours to count on” and she lives up to those words every day. Jess is trustworthy and dependable… she says what she does and does what she says. She is inspiring and positive while being pragmatic. It’s easy to have a conversation when things are going well but the real test is how do you handle the rough patches and Jess leans in and we figure out a plan of action to get through those times. Jess has been everything I hoped for in a coach/mentor.
If you are a busy leader in your field and want to move your professional, physical, and spiritual life to the next level you MUST have Jess on your team as a coach. She challenges her clients to expect and accept only the best in themselves, with no excuses. She positions herself as a friend that holds her clients accountable beyond what most busy professionals can or will actually do for themselves. You owe this to yourself!
