Meet Jarno
As a Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Jarno has extensive sales, leadership, and recruiting experience that spans decades. He has recruited and coached hundreds of telemarketers, as well as their supervisors and managers. He considers his specialty in sales to be listening to customers and analyzing results.
Jarno worked at Sanoma, a large media company in Finland, for 15 years working his way up from telemarketing to a sales manager and leader. There, he improved the office atmosphere from being ranked worst to best in just over a year and increased subscriptions to a product by 400%+. He developed sales processes during a major company shift that ultimately increased sales for the company and income for the salespeople.
He was also the CEO of a renovating company, where he managed the sales, renovations, and booking teams. He then became head of B2C sales at an IT-company where he also led the customer service aspect of the company.
