Dovydas Zalieckas

Many of his team members became regular Top 5 list members in sales and later became great managers and leaders as well. Dovydas believes in leading by example, so he has accomplished more than 100,000 sales and recruiting calls himself and has closed deals worth anywhere from five euros up to hundreds of thousands.

Dovydas had the honor of leading and managing teams made of just a few salespeople up to sales departments with 200+ people. During 15+ years focusing on sales and leadership, Dovydas has accumulated experience in markets such as telecommunications, call centers, real estate, and transport.

“If you change nothing, nothing will change.” Dovydas believes that this is one of the most obvious truths in life and at the same time one of the most difficult to grasp. Coaching is the perfect tool to help people to understand this.

Dovydas also always enjoys time with his wife Egle, son Lukas, and their beloved dog, Hungarian Vizsla-Simba. Flyfishing for trout in small creeks has been a big part of his life since his youth. A few years ago, he started learning kitesurfing; it takes time to learn, but he loves the process and enjoys every moment of it.
