About Amy
As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Amy is a pursuer of excellence in herself and in others, regardless of the culture or language. No matter where they are in life and what challenge lies before them, Amy has a track record of bringing out the best in the people in her circle of influence.
Amy knows herself what it takes to sell, recruit and train, applying what you learn and teaching it to others. She has two of the highest awards ever given in the Southwestern Advantage internship program’s 165+ year history. Amy was the #1 salesperson out of 3,000 sales people her first summer with SWA. She is also the #1 all-time salesperson for most products sold in a lifetime and #8 in the top 10 of most personal team members recruited.
While at SWA, Amy recruited a 20-person sales team while finishing her degree in Linguistics and Business Administration at the University of Washington. As an Associate Sales Leader, she was awarded the highest retention rate her first year. In addition, she was District Sales Leader of the Year in her first and her final year pioneering in Canada with SWA before she spent 17 years in community development on four different continents: North America, South America, Asia, and Australia.
Amy has been on the ground floor of developing people and organizations in Argentina, the United States and Thailand, while getting her master’s degree in Education at Grand Canyon University in Arizona. She then facilitated groundbreaking curriculums and educational methods coordinating professional development seminars for multiple years in a row in Asia.
Most recently, Amy founded and serves overseas as the international director of the Radical Love Asia Foundation, a global trafficking-prevention and leadership development program that begins with the most vulnerable children in Pattaya, Thailand, a city that used to be known as one of the worst in the world for trafficking, prostitution and child-exploitation.
Prior to opening RLAF, Amy served in training and mercy ministries with Youth With A Mission in Argentina, Australia and Thailand. She then pioneered projects on ministry teams including Ark International, Hope International schools, and Safe Child, a trafficking prevention and awareness program developed to protect the most vulnerable children and their families.
Amy’s single mission in life has been to help people know how deeply loved they are and to feel safe enough in who they have been created to be, to discover the authority they have to rule and reign in life, and to be relentless and enthusiastic in their pursuit – not to be the best in the world, but be their best for the world.
