As a coach, he can make complex situations simple and has ample experience in leadership, strategy, and innovative thinking.  

Omar is a former District Sales Manager for Southwestern Advantage, where he recruited, trained, and managed several hundred college students to sell books. He is a graduate of UCLA and completed his master’s degree in global leadership from USD. Some of his key accomplishments include: 

• #1 fundraiser for UCLA Pediatric AIDS Foundation
• Top 1% of Southwestern sales producers and recruiters
• Winner of the Triple Diamond Spencer Hays Award for Recruiting (the highest level awarded)
