As an experienced salesperson, professional coach, engineer, and speaker, Edilson Ribeiro has worked in sales, training, and consulting for the past 30 years. Throughout his career, Edilson has become skilled in cultivating confidence, answering objections, and developing emotional intelligence in his clients. Prior to becoming an SWC coach, Edilson sold equipment, courses, consultancy, and training to teams from multiple national and international companies in Brazil and South America.

Corporately, Edilson has worked for organizations such as SKF, Brüel and Kjaer, Engefaz, and ACOEM. He was ranked among the best SKF salespeople in Brazil and was honored internationally in 2011 with “The Winning Way Meeting Award” in Cannes, France. Edilson holds an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, Sales Training and Green Belt Six Sigma certification from ARROW Management and Development. He is a Certified Life and Professional Coach by the IBC (Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching) and by Abracoaching (Associação Brasileira de Coaching). As a BNI member, Edilson is also an Executive Distributor at Vitalflex Brasil. 

Edilson is a proud Mechanical Engineering alumnus of the Federal School of Engineering in Itajubá, Minas Gerais, Brazil, where he graduated as one of the top 10 students in 1990. He studied Post-Graduation in Theology at the Word of Life Theological Seminary in Atibaia, São Paulo.  

An active member for 25 years of Igreja Batista Fonte, in Barão Geraldo, Campinas, Brazil, Edilson is part of the leadership team and teaches parents in the community through the Ministry of Early Childhood Education. He also graduated from an advanced leadership course at the Haggai Institute International, formed in 2008 in Maui, Hawaii.   

Edilson loves teaching and has given lectures to a variety of audiences, from youth, all the way to the elderly. He is an amateur actor and screenwriter, having performed in several theatrical productions for his church. Edilson’s mission is to help everyone he works with reach their full potential in life.
