As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Andy has been in sales for more than 20 years. He graduated from Tennessee State University in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Andy started his career in real estate in 2000 and earned the title of real estate broker in 2004.

As the broker owner of RE/MAX 1st Choice and RE/MAX Creative Realty, Andy helped successfully build and market his former teams to the #1 Listing and Selling ranking in Middle Tennessee, for more than a decade. Over the course of his career, Andy has also served as Bond Trader for Trans Financial Bank, Assistant Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Loan Originator for SunTrust Bank and GMAC Mortgage, and Interim Manager of Bethany Hills Camp in Tennessee.

In his personal life, Andy serves as a volunteer with Room In the Inn shelter and Second Harvest food bank. He is an active member of his church, where he has served as a local youth sponsor and on a regional level as a church camp director. As an SWC coach, Andy uses his abilities to teach, mentor, negotiate and his customer-service first approach. “I feel that all things are possible if we help enough people achieve their dreams.”
