He has recruited, trained, and managed over 400 salespeople who have finished in the top 3%. Steve’s ability to equip clients to be fearless, achieving breakthrough success in business and life, has been honed through his work with over 600 clients in more than 9,000 sales and leadership coaching calls.
Not only is he an outstanding and proven leader, he is an active practitioner who is a master of the principles of successful servant selling. Steve has personally knocked on more than 19,000 doors and conducted more than 12,000 presentations, and he knows how to bring out the best in his clients. His passion is to help remove the emotional hurdles that prevent people from excelling, taking them from an anxious state to one of relaxed intensity.
Steve’s sales and leadership journey began with Southwestern Advantage, where he recruited, trained, managed, and provided leadership to 285 sales managers, field managers, organizational leaders, student managers, and first-year salespeople. As a principled leader, Steve spent the next season of his career in various high-level leadership roles, continuing to empower teams to achieve more while bringing significant impact and increasing company sales. As a Southwestern Consulting partner with a relentless commitment to his clients and vision, Steve continues to move his clients from a place of stagnation to continual growth.
