About Miles Fletcher
Certified Student Coach Miles Fletcher’s explorative and serving nature leads him to live every moment to the fullest. Reflecting on his time in high school, he is most proud of developing genuine friendships with and respect for all his peers while participating in sports, theater, church volunteering, part-time work, and college classes.
Miles graduated college early where he also worked as a Resident Assistant and tutored classes within his major, sociology. Motivation to serve others led him to facilitating group counseling in youth psychiatric facilities as well as teach health and outdoor education with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
Miles is currently working towards his master’s degree in school counseling. He takes his journey of self-discovery and understanding the world seriously, yet also playfully. Adventure and curiosity have led him down paths such as guiding rafting trips in Colorado, traveling to New Zealand by himself as a student, running an ultramarathon on three weeks of training, and qualifying for Ironman 70.3 World Championships in his first triathlon. Miles lives life with what he calls a “Yes, and…” approach: courageously embracing every moment as an opportunity.
What is Student Coaching?
The Student Coaching program pairs students (ages 13-21) with a highly-trained student coach to hone in on their unique growth areas and equip them with the real-world skills they need to succeed, both inside the classroom and beyond. In addition to 1:1 coaching calls, they work together through training modules, assessments, videos, and more as part of our Student’s Edge curriculum. Parents are kept appraised of progress milestones with frequent progress reports.
