Meet Megan
With almost 30 years of sales and leadership experience, professional Sales and Leadership Coach Megan Myers knows how to get results. She started her career in sales her sophomore year of college with the prestigious Southwestern Advantage program, where she completed five seasons. As a top sales producer ranking in the top 2% of first-year dealers, she consistently ranked in the top 10% of 4,000 college students and the top 10% for managers for her teams.
Megan applied Southwestern’s 165-year-old sales principals and her confidence to enter the coveted arena of medical device and operating room sales. She worked for Boston Scientific and Medtronic’s new divisions and created a niche with start-up companies.
Megan is energized by the adventure of creating something from nothing. She analyzed opportunities and strategically cultivated relationships to excel in fast territory growth and effectively navigate the C-Suite. Her commitment to patient care and being a servant leader led to her win multiple awards including Rookie of the Year.
Megan has Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Transportation & Logistics from Ohio State. She considers herself to be a constant “student of the game” and is commited to self-improvement. In addition to taking numerous leadership classes, she has also hired business and health/wellness coaches to up her game in life.
As a coach, Megan loves to see clients overcome belief barriers, pushing past obstacles and hitting goals that they didn’t know were possible. There is nothing better than helping someone break down a huge goal into incremental steps, whether it be their professional or their personal life.
Megan was an athlete, adrenaline seeker, and backpacked around the world by herself, and she now enjoys spending her free time at her daughter’s games and enjoying great food with friends and family.
