About Linda
As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Linda is honored to share best practices with her clients so they can crush their goals in business and in life, creating generational impact.
Linda began her career as a direct sales entrepreneur. She leveraged that success into sales and leadership within the pharmaceutical, aesthetic, and dental industries. Linda served customers and team members alike as both a top sales producer and regional director. Some of her key corporate accomplishments include:
- Consistently achieving the highest close rate, highest average invoice, and highest percent sold over goal companywide
- Leading two state regions from underperforming to bonusing for the first time
- Quickest promotion from Sales Consultant to Regional Director in company history
As a coach, Linda draws on her personal experiences as a rookie account executive, top producer, and a regional director with a team of 50 spread across five locations in two states. Wherever her clients are in their careers, she’s likely been there and experienced the same highs and lows. By coaching across all industries, Linda has expanded her ability to serve others.
Linda is confident her journey would have been faster and more enjoyable if she had a coach with the SWC playbook on her team. She is passionate about bringing out each client’s inner confidence and potential by helping them implement systems and processes that will propel them forward more quickly than they could alone.
In her spare time, Linda enjoys nature, boating, and traveling with her partner, three adult children, and five grandchildren. Her dream is to take the entire family on a Galapagos Islands adventure. Shh… It’s a surprise!
