Meet Lee
Lee Roy Young is a professional Sales and Leadership Coach who has served in multiple leadership roles over the past 20 years. He has worked with large companies such as Cintas, Aflac and American National Insurance in roles such as manager, specialized projects coordinator, and service sales rep.
He has coached, mentored, and developed many salespeople & leaders and has learned that the best way to lead is to serve and serve by example. This proven approach has earned him multiple state, national, & President’s Club trips as well as many individual awards such as “Agent of The Year,” “District Coordinator of the Year,” & “Number 1 New Account Opener” over a five-year stretch.
The philosophy behind his coaching method is, “See it, say it, and then you’ll see it.” He believes that you have to see yourself doing well and winning. Say those things you see and want to Win at. Then the results will come in.
Lee Roy resides in the Dayton, Ohio area. He has been married for over 25 years to his beautiful wife Karen and they have three awesome kids they are raising together. Lee Roy published his first book in 2016, The Greatest College Football Program of All Time: The Grid. Lee Roy loves talking college football with anyone and is an active volunteer at his kids’ school and in the community.
