Kylie Lipetzky

Certified Student Coach Kylie Lipetzky is passionate about helping students navigate their academic and personal journeys to reach their full potential. A graduate of Wichita State University (WSU), Kylie earned her degree in social work with Dean’s Honor distinction and a minor in psychology.

During her college years, Kylie dedicated herself to leadership and service, holding multiple impactful roles. She was a proud member of the Student Ambassador Society all four years, serving as Vice President of Special Events for two of those. Kylie also spoke at WSU Admissions events, inspiring large groups of high school and college students and contributed to the campus community as a senator in the Student Government Association and a member of the Dean’s Council of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Her commitment to growth and service extended to attending leadership retreats like LeaderShape and Greek Retreat.

As a first-generation college graduate and former foster youth, Kylie understands the unique challenges students face and is deeply committed to empowering them to succeed. She brings this personal insight into her coaching, helping students navigate obstacles with confidence. In addition to her coaching work, Kylie also works part-time at a nonprofit organization supporting families and children ages 2-6 with behavioral challenges. She’s also an Account Manager at a local coffee roastery in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where she resides with her 16-year-old younger brother.

Outside of work, Kylie enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring good food, worshiping, and connecting with the people she loves. Her mission is to foster growth, leadership, and community in everything she does.
