Kertu Martin is a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting. Some of her key accomplishments include:  

• More than 10 years of sales and leadership experience
   
• Helping build a sales organization that works with 700 students every summer
   
• Selling more than $15 million in educational products by the summer of 2017 

In addition to coaching, Kertu is a top salesperson who has personally recruited and led award-winning teams in both Estonia and Latvia. 

Kertu is a firm believer in commitment and hard work. She was among the first four students from Northern and Eastern Europe to be selected for the Southwestern Advantage summer internship program. With Southwestern Advantage, Kertu relocated to the United States for seven summers to sell books door-to-door, working on straight commission for 80 hours a week.  

Kertu began breaking records early on in her career. She was a top salesperson and personally recruited and led award-winning teams in both Estonia and Latvia. She was also the first sales manager and first female district sales manager from Eastern Europe. 

Kertu enjoys running a successful business and having an active family life. She, her husband, and their three young children live in Tartu, Estonia, and love to travel all over the world. They enjoy playing sports and following healthy lifestyle habits daily.
