Meet Kelley Parker
Professional Sales & Leadership Coach Kelley has over 20 years of experience achieving top .1% rankings in both sales and recruiting as part of the company she represented. She led a team of 180 sales reps, all with a common goal of enriching lives and serving others. One of her most coveted honors during her tenure was receiving the Marge Caldwell Encourager Award. “There is something special about being acknowledged by one’s peers as someone whose light shines brightly.”
Most recently she has built a successful online retail store from the ground up. Some of the key skills she has developed are market research, buying, marketing, inventory management, warehouse processes and organization, social media management, paid ads, and curating collections. So much about retail has changed over the last few years and it has cultivated resiliency, problem solving, and a willingness to pivot and adapt.
Customer Service has always been Kelley’s sweet spot. She is great with people and her clients have shared this in their reviews. One client is quoted as saying, “She is fun, kind and professional!” Another stated, “I’ve never had such amazing and consistent service!”
Kelley loves inspiring others, helping them to see things from a different perspective, and promoting hard work, consistency, and a willingness to learn as pillars for business success. Her own navigation of the changing market positions her well to assist her clients in doing the same. Of course, one of her favorite things about coaching is the opportunity help each person become all they were meant to be.
In her free time, Kelley enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenagers, going to concerts, and making as many memories as possible. On the weekends, you can find her hunting for just the right antiques and primitives to curate the perfect vintage home décor. Kelley was born & raised in Tampa, FL where she enjoyed team roping and playing volleyball. She now resides in the North Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.
