Meet Juliette
Juliette is a seasoned Sales and Leadership Coach with a decade of experience in the technology, educational, and digital marketing sales industries. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas State University, she brings a unique blend of analytical skills and interpersonal savvy to her work.
Before her sales career, Juliette honed her communication and persuasion abilities by selling books door-to-door for two summers with Southwestern Advantage. This experience instilled in her a strong work ethic and a passion for connecting with people from all walks of life.
She has over 10,000 hours in sales and has won awards for having the highest conversion and call-with-prospect rates at a technology sales company. She also worked in SMS marketing sales and education technology sales during her time there.
Juliette’s most recent position was to create a standard operating procedure for business development at David Taylor Digital Marketing, where she made an average of 75 outbound dials per day. She sourced and vetted company leads, ensuring they met the target prospect criteria before uploading the list into their CRM to dial and set meetings with. Juliette trained a mentee as well as recorded and documented the processes for all to follow. She enjoys the gamification of cold calling and keeping prospects on the calls they wouldn’t typically have with humor and lightheartedness.
Today, Juliette is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. She specializes in working with clients who are seeking support with wellness, mental health, and recovery. With her empathetic approach and proven coaching techniques, Juliette empowers her clients to overcome challenges, build resilience, and create lasting positive change.
