Jessica Free attended college at Texas Tech University, where she pursued a dual major in business and dance. This combination of disciplines allowed her to develop a well-rounded skill set that encompasses both analytical thinking and artistic expression. During her time in college, Jessica demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment, traits that would later become the foundation of her coaching approach.

After college, Jessica ventured into entrepreneurship and successfully owned and operated a dance studio for 18 years. Her passion for dance and business accumulated into numerous accolades, including a nomination for Business Woman of the Year by the Austin Chamber of Commerce.  Her dance company, Tap to School of Dance, was recognized as the Best in Business in the dance category, a testament to Jessica’s exceptional leadership and management skills.

Seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, Jessica transitioned into the real estate industry, working for DR Horton, a prominent homebuilder. In this role, she excelled as a sales agent, earning recognition as the Sales Rookie of the Year and consistently ranking in the Top 5 sales agents. Her exceptional performance also extended to her collaboration with DHI Mortgage, where she became a highly valued referral partner.

In addition to her expertise in dance and real estate, Jessica is actively involved in the property market, engaging in buying and selling properties and working closely with real estate investors. This hands-on experience provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry, enabling Jessica to offer valuable insights and guidance to her coaching clients.
